Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ZiPLine Mafia may process when you use ziplinemafia.pro, contact us or submit a partnership application.

Last updated: 23 August 2026

Controller

The controller is ZiPLine Mafia, Serbia.

Privacy contact: teamziplinemafia@gmail.com.

Data we process

We may process information you provide directly, including your name, nickname or username, email address, organisation, the contents of your message or partnership proposal, and subsequent correspondence.

When you visit the website, limited technical information may also be processed by the website and its infrastructure providers, such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps, security events and server logs.

Why we use it

We use personal data to respond to messages and partnership enquiries, evaluate possible cooperation, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse and spam, maintain necessary business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis may include steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting our services, and compliance with legal obligations. If we introduce processing that requires consent, we will request that consent separately.

Partnership form

Partnership applications submitted through the website are sent to our team by email. We do not currently operate a separate applicant database for this form. Email and infrastructure systems may keep copies or logs as part of their normal operation.

Service providers

We may use service providers that help us operate the website and communications, including hosting/CDN and security infrastructure, Sanity-based content delivery, and Google/Gmail for email delivery.

These providers may process limited personal or technical data only to provide their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy safeguards.

International transfers

ZiPLine Mafia is based in Serbia, and some service providers may process data in Serbia, the EEA, the United States or other countries. Where the GDPR applies and a transfer requires safeguards, appropriate transfer mechanisms should be used, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism.

Retention

We keep correspondence and partnership enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business history and protect legal interests. As a working rule, unsuccessful or inactive enquiries may be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim, compliance obligation or an ongoing relationship.

Technical and security logs are retained for limited periods determined by security needs and infrastructure-provider settings.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, email teamziplinemafia@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Complaints

You may contact the competent data protection authority. In Serbia, the supervisory authority is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

If the GDPR applies to your situation, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the EEA.

External services

Our website contains links to third-party platforms and partner websites. Once you leave ziplinemafia.pro, the privacy practices of those third parties apply. We do not control their processing.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will always be published on this page.
